What You'll Do

• Inspect, repair, modify, and maintain production & packaging equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep machinery running at peak performance
• Maintain accurate service logs and equipment data
• Communicate repair needs and improvement ideas to management
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
• Support additional tasks as assigned

What You Bring

• Strong packaging machinery experience
• Mechanical & electrical skills: PLCs, controls, drives, motors, 3-phase 480V, sensors, photo eyes, limit switches
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities with a positive attitude
• OSHA safety knowledge
• Bilingual skills a plus

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, and reaching
• Ability to lift/push/carry up to 50 lbs
• Working near moving mechanical parts
• Strong visual acuity for repairs, reading technical info, and equipment operation
