We are seeking a dedicated and organized Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at Dickson Health and Rehab, a leading provider of healthcare services in Dickson, Tennessee. As an Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of patient care, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to senior leadership and department managers
• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
• Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Experience in administration or a related field
