What You'll Do:
- Provide specialized Otolaryngology care for adult patients in outpatient and inpatient settings
- Manage preoperative and postoperative patient care and consultations
- Perform evaluations, examinations, and procedures related to ENT conditions
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure continuity of patient care
- Respond to call duties on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 am to 7:00 am
- Document patient encounters using Athena or Cerner EMR systems
What You Need:
- Valid state medical license in California
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Fellowship training preferred
- Minimum of 50 case logs within the previous 2 years
- Proven ability to work full stretch of scheduled dates
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
About the Assignment:
This assignment is at a facility with 209 beds, actively stroke-certified, providing both outpatient and inpatient ENT services. The provider will join a dedicated team supporting an environment of comprehensive patient care and smooth operations. Rounding for both assigned and unassigned patients is included, with privileges granted for the duration of the assignment.
