Members get provider-led care across hormone therapy (including testosterone replacement and women’s hormone support), peptide therapy, medical weight loss, anti-aging, sexual wellness, cognitive health, hair loss, injury recovery, and skin care. Care starts with a membership, labs when required, and a virtual consultation with a licensed provider who reviews history, symptoms, and goals and builds a personalized protocol. Prescriptions are filled through U.S. FDA-inspected pharmacies and shipped to the member. Ongoing support includes a secure patient portal, clinical messaging, and quarterly provider check-ins.

Membership unlocks included care options — such as TRT, enclomiphene, or B12, subject to provider approval — plus wholesale, member-only pricing on a broad range of additional medications and supplies. Vita Bella and it’s providers have supported more than 10,000 men and women and completed more than 15,000 provider consultations. Membership is required before a treatment can be prescribed, and eligibility depends on clinical review, labs where required, and state availability.

The Role

The Membership / Sales Specialist is the first conversation most prospective members have with Vita Bella. You will field inbound sales calls and place outbound calls to warm leads, then lead clear, no-pressure membership consultations for people who want to understand the program, pricing, what’s included, and the path from signup to provider visit.

This is a relationship and education role, not a clinical one. You explain the membership, answer program questions, and help the right people take the next step. Treatment decisions, prescriptions, and medical advice stay with licensed providers.

We are looking for an experienced salesperson with a friendly, motivated, and energetic talk track — and a genuine interest in hormone and peptide therapy. The role is in person at our Scottsdale office, with the option to move to a hybrid schedule after 4–6 months of strong in-office performance.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound sales calls and return inquiries from people exploring Vita Bella membership.
• Place outbound calls to warm leads and follow up until the conversation is complete.
• Lead membership consultations: walk prospective members through the program, what’s included, pricing, labs, the provider visit, and next steps.
• Answer questions about hormone therapy, peptide therapy, weight-loss programs, and other membership categories at a program level — without giving medical advice.
• Qualify interest and fit, set clear expectations, and enroll members or book the appropriate next step.
• Keep accurate notes in the CRM, track pipeline, and hit daily activity and conversion goals.
• Hand off cleanly to clinical operations so licensed providers can review eligibility and build the protocol.
• Stay current on membership plans, included care options, wholesale pricing, and common objections.
• Represent Vita Bella with energy, warmth, and professionalism on every call.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience, ideally phone-based, consultative, or membership / subscription sales.
• A friendly, motivated, and energetic talk track. You sound like someone people want to keep talking to.
• Comfort owning a call from greeting through close, including objections on price, timing, and fit.
• Clear spoken and written English and confident phone presence.
• Ability to learn a clinical-adjacent program quickly and explain it in plain language.
• Reliability for an in-office schedule in Scottsdale, with hybrid considered after 4–6 months.
• Comfort with a CRM, call tracking, and daily activity metrics.

Preferred

• Personal interest or passion for hormone optimization, peptide therapy, longevity, or performance health.
• Experience in wellness, telehealth, med spa, fitness, or another health-related sales environment.
• Experience converting warm inbound and outbound leads, not only cold calling.

Compensation

• Base salary of $3,000 per month.
• Uncapped commission on membership sales. There is no ceiling.
• Typical total earnings for a specialist are $8,000–$12,000 per month after commission. Top performers can earn more.
• Free Vita Bella membership, plus a medication credit.

Earnings above base depend on activity, close rate, and membership volume. Figures reflect company-reported average specialist results and are not a guarantee.

Location and Schedule

• Office: 4835 E Cactus Rd, Suite 225, Scottsdale, AZ 85254.
• In-person to start. Hybrid may be available after 4–6 months in office, based on performance.
• Full-time. Schedule to be confirmed at offer.
