Here’s What You Need Nursing Diploma in nursing required or Associate’s degree in nursing required or Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred Other – CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency required 1 year of experience as a registered nurse required 1+ of critical care experience RN – Registered Nurse upon hire required and BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly upon hire required and ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days required and A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
