At United Land Services (ULS), we pride ourselves on being a comprehensive landscaping company offering a wide range of services. Whether it's a single-family home development, condominium complex, commercial building, or shopping center, we're equipped to handle it all.
As a Crew Member in our sod farming environment, you will contribute to the smooth operations of our farm. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including operating machinery, planting, mowing, and undertaking general farm labor duties. Your contributions will be pivotal in ensuring the quality of our farm products and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support the installation of silt fencing, sod, and seeding on active job sites.
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment each day.
- Operate light machinery or assist with equipment as needed (training provided).
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Take direction from supervisors and crew leaders.
- Perform duties outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
- Experience in erosion control, landscaping, or construction is preferred but not required.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing physically demanding outdoor work.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
