Registered Nurse - LTC Levindale Hospital Full-time – Night shift – 7:00 pm–7:30 am Staff Nurse Responsibilities Provides safe, age‑appropriate patient care, and functions as an advisor and resource for patients and their families as a member of the patient care team. Conducts and documents an initial and ongoing assessment and gathers data relevant to the patient’s/family’s individual needs. Develops and documents a plan of care for selected patients/families. Implements, documents, and provides care and education based on the plan of care. Evaluates and documents the outcomes of nursing practice. Qualifications Maryland Registered Nurse License. American Heart Association CPR certification. Knowledge of Cerner, Synquest Standard, and Microsoft Office Suite. Basic computer skills and proficiency with office equipment. Medical terminology and Nursing Process skills based on MD Nurse Practice Act. Critical thinking and ability to use medical equipment.
