Position Summary SealRock Healthcare, part of the Atlantic Heights Community, is a fully licensed Medicaid/Medicare-certified facility offering 105 beds. Under the ownership of First Atlantic Healthcare, the Atlantic Heights Community follows First Atlantic's long-standing reputation for excellence in long-term care, assisted living, and senior living. This role offers an experienced candidate the opportunity to grow in a supervisory position that is always evolving. The candidate will cook, prep food, and supervise staff in the absence of the Senior Food Service Director. Shifts run from 4:30 AM to 1:00 PM, with rotating weekends required. One weekend worked allows the following weekend off. Responsibilities Cook and prepare appetizing, healthful food based on the nutrition and health needs of residents. Supervise food service staff and ensure food is prepared and served safely and efficiently. Maintain food preservation and storage standards in accordance with regulatory requirements. Assist with menu planning, portioning, and inventory management. Collaborate with the Dietary Services team to meet individual resident dietary restrictions. Experience: Two years related food service experience. Leadership: Two years of leadership skills and experience.
