In-Home Health - Physician (Part Time) - Worcester MA

Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is seeking a Part Time Physician to provide In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and helping bridge gaps in care. Job Highlights The visit lasts about 45 minutes and includes medication and medical history review, a physical evaluation, and additional diagnostic tests if ordered by the health plan (e.g., diabetic eye exams, spirometry, etc.). Use an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow for each evaluation; no prescription, ordering of lab tests or altering existing treatment regimens. Strive to visit millions of people nationwide to connect them to the right care for their unique needs. Work with Signify Health as a clinician colleague, fulfilling role requirements. Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states as needed. Conduct virtual visits as required. Provide all required Signify Health services, including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (spirometry, DEE, bone density screening, etc.). Working Environment As an in-home clinician, your primary workplace is the private residence of health plan members. You must comfortably and safely perform duties in homes that may contain pets, secondhand smoke and other allergens. Multi-state licenses (preferred). Able to cover primary locations: Worcester and surrounding area. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $46.03 – $206,206.00 (base hourly rate or annual salary). Pay is dependent on experience, education, geography and other relevant criteria. Eligible for reimbursement for completed Diagnostic and Preventive Services (DPS) as ordered. Part-time employees qualify for select benefits (details in benefits guide): malpractice insurance coverage, supplies and other perks. Part-time hours: approx. 29.5 hours per week.
