Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor 7a-7p EOW

Rosewood Gardens Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in beautiful Broomall, PA is currently hiring for a Part Time Every Other Weekend 7a-7p RN Supervisor. Job Duties and Responsibilities: The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan, including but not limited to: ensuring use of appropriate safety devices, positioning and toileting plans, infection control measures. The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units to achieve a comfortable and homelike atmosphere for the residents. The RN Supervisor regularly rounds on nursing units that includes but is not limited to: checking in with licensed and unlicensed staff, checking residents who are acutely ill or actively dying, greeting all new admissions. The RN Supervisor consults with Unit Managers in the provision of continuity of care to residents. Discuss staffing issues and emergent or on-going problems. The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in ensuring adequate staffing for the nursing department.
