Responsibilities Assess for risk and protective factors of behaviors that indicate an interest in or involvement with gang activity and juvenile delinquency for each referred youth and their family. Create an action plan for every participant, in a prevention and/or intervention component of GRIP which includes: Self-Esteem and Gang Awareness Curriculum, weekly case management services. Conduct Student Intervention Meetings and Parent Intervention Meetings for those needing more support from the collaborative. Provide information and referral assistance, collecting data and coordinating services with other GRIP Team Members in the collaborative. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, counseling social work or one of the social behavioral sciences. Background with adolescents or the juvenile justice system.
