Salary : $2,000 - $2,500 USD monthly salary (Paid directly in USD, based on experience) + Dedicated Sourcing Tools Budget.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM US Pacific Standard Time / PST.

Job Overview

Our Client is seeking a proactive, results-oriented Recruiter to take full ownership of their end-to-end recruitment function. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this practitioner will consolidate previously decentralized hiring tasks into a centralized recruiting machine. Combining outbound talent sourcing, screening funnel architecture, and pipeline analytics, this professional will immediately inherit a live requisition stack spanning high-ticket U.S. sales roles (Closers and Setters) and global remote professional positions (Executive Assistants, Marketing Managers, Advisors, and Content Creators).
Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Requisition Management & Outbound Sourcing

• Owns the entire recruitment lifecycle across open requisitions: conducts hiring manager intake sessions, drafts role descriptions, builds candidate profiles, and drives candidate shortlist deliveries.
• Executes active outbound sourcing campaigns targeting passive U.S. sales professionals using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, rather than relying solely on inbound job board applications.
• Builds and nurtures active candidate pipelines for high-demand and evergreen roles to ensure new searches launch with warm talent pools.

Screening Funnel Architecture & Assessment Design

• Designs and operates structured, data-driven screening funnels from scratch, integrating discrete application gating data, objective pass/fail criteria, and Loom video evaluations.
• Evaluates candidates on communication clarity, instruction-following capabilities, and role competency prior to presenting shortlists to internal stakeholders.
• Manages candidate communications with high touch and speed, upholding premium brand standards across all candidate interactions.

Pipeline Reporting, Toolkit Ownership & Executive Alignment

• Selects, manages, and optimizes the sourcing tech stack (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Torre, OnlineJobs.ph, and specialized sourcing tools) using a dedicated tools budget.
• Maintains real-time recruitment scorecards tracking key metrics: applicant volume, pass-through rates, video screen completions, shortlist delivery, and time-to-fill.
• Collaborates directly with the COO to co-design recruitment infrastructure, surfacing operational blockers early to ensure search momentum.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies

Required Qualifications

• Full-Cycle Recruiting Track Record: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated ownership of proactive outbound sourcing (in-house or dedicated RPO experience preferred over high-volume agency splits).
• Multi-Market Recruitment Experience: Proven experience recruiting across at least two of the following sectors: U.S. high-ticket sales/professional roles, Latin American remote professionals, or Philippines-based administrative staff.
• Outbound Sales Sourcing Mastery: Practical expertise hunting passive, employed sales professionals (e.g., high-ticket closers and appointment setters) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern sourcing platforms.
• Systems Architecture Ability: Track record of designing screening funnels, structured evaluation scorecards, and tracking systems from scratch.
• Near-Native Written & Spoken English: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for daily interaction with U.S.-based candidates and executive leadership.
• Schedule Alignment: Full-time availability aligned with US Pacific Time business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST).
• Remote Infrastructure Setup: Dedicated quiet home office, personal computer, professional headset, and high-speed, reliable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience recruiting commission-based sales professionals and an understanding of sales funnel dynamics.
• Metric-driven mindset comfortable reporting on pass-through rates, cost-per-hire, and offer-acceptance metrics.
