About the Position

Provide laborist-focused call coverage with emergency gynecology responsibilities while supporting a new OB practice. This opportunity offers dedicated night and weekend call in an inpatient setting.

Practice & Cases

• Provide Labor and Delivery and emergency department call coverage
• Manage laborist cases and emergent gynecologic procedures, including ectopic pregnancies
• Approximately 26-28 deliveries per month, with variable call volume
• Collaborate with 24/7 pediatric coverage during deliveries

Schedule

• Tuesday through Friday night call from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• Saturday and Sunday 24-hour call coverage
• 20-minute response time required
• Ongoing coverage for Tuesday through Sunday call shifts

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active Vermont medical license or active Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Letter of Qualification
• DEA required
