DEXA Technologist Location: Miami, FL Sign on Bonus Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM-4:00 PM ARRT Preferred| Bone Density Certification Not Required We’re partnering with a growing outpatient imaging organization that is hiring a DEXA Technologist in Miami, FL. This role is built for someone who already has their ARRT certification in hand and wants to focus primarily on DEXA imaging . The right person will be professional with patients, comfortable with steady volume, and able to produce accurate scans while keeping the schedule moving. What You’ll Be Doing Perform DEXA bone density scans in an outpatient imaging environment Position patients properly and follow imaging protocols Operate imaging equipment safely and accurately Explain exams clearly and make patients feel comfortable Support a steady schedule with patients already booked Maintain accurate documentation and exam records Keep the exam area clean, organized, and patient-ready Occasionally assist with X-ray only if an emergency need comes up Communicate clearly with providers, patients, and team members What They’re Looking For ARRT certification highly preferred Bone Density certification is not required DEXA experience preferred Mammography certification is a bonus and may create cross-training opportunities Strong patient care skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a steady-volume outpatient setting Dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently Schedule / Compensation Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM-4:00 PM Late-night and/or Saturday coverage may be required depending on final schedule Pay is based on experience Shift differential applies for qualifying late-night/Saturday shifts after 90 days Why You’ll Love It DEXA-focused role with limited emergency X-ray support Stable outpatient imaging environment Steady patient flow without heavy lifting requirements Opportunity to work with Hologic equipment DEXA Technologist Location: Miami, FL Sign on Bonus Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM-4:00 PM ARRT Preferred| Bone Density Certification Not Required We’re partnering with a growing outpatient imaging organization that is hiring a DEXA Technologist in Miami, FL.
