By maintaining a private fleet of in-house geotechnical drill rigs and a full-service laboratory, Entech offers unparalleled control over project quality, safety, and scheduling.The PositionWe are seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to lead complex site investigations and design programs. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys a balance of high-level technical analysis, project management, and mentorship. You will be responsible for taking projects from the proposal stage through to final design and construction observation.Responsibilities• Develop comprehensive recommendations for shallow, deep, and specialty foundations, retaining walls, pavement sections, and slope stability• Manage project lifecycles, including budgeting, scheduling, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients• Design and oversee subsurface exploration programs; interpret field data and laboratory testing results to characterize soil and rock behavior• Perform geologic mapping, reconnaissance, and land-use and hazard studies• Conduct rigorous technical reviews of reports, calculations, and materials testing data completed by staff engineers and technicians• Lead and supervise junior staff, fostering professional growth and ensuring technical excellence across the team• Coordinate with clients to understand project needs and prepare detailed technical proposalsQualifications• B.S. in Civil Engineering (Required); M.S. in Geotechnical Engineering (Highly Desirable)• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Colorado• 10 years of progressive experience in geotechnical engineering• Proficiency in geotechnical software (e.g., slope stability, settlement, and retaining wall design)• Strong technical writing skills and a collaborative mindsetSalary & Benefits$100,000 - $160,000 + BOE• Health insurance (High-Deductible Plan with $520 contribution per year to HSA or PPO buyup plan)• Dental insurance• Vision insurance• Paid time off• Six paid holidays• SIMPLE IRA with 3% match, no vesting period#INDM
