• M - F schedule, possible rotating weekend day with flex weekday
• 36 hours guaranteed, likely working closer to 40 hours/week
• 85 - 88% productivity expectation
• Skilled nursing facility setting
• EMR: NetHealth (Rehab Optima)
• Prior SNF experience strongly preferred
• 13-week assignment
