Fluent in English and Spanish, the full-time Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries related to billing, programming, and technical support while promoting products and services to enhance the DISH TV experience. Key responsibilities Handle back-to-back customer service and technical support calls throughout the shift Engage with a diverse customer base to provide effective solutions for their needs Participate in ongoing training and development to promote career growth within the company Required qualifications High school diploma or GED Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Smartphone or device with an active data network connection Must reside in eligible states including Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and others
