Phlebotomist Rover

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist Rover Overnight to join our team in Overland Park, KS 66210. The position includes a work schedule of Monday–Friday 12:00am–8:00am with rotating weekends as needed, and additional days/hours may be required. Travel to additional sites may be needed. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other laboratory tests Enter patient information accurately and promptly into data systems Process billing information and collect payments when required Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis Maintain patient and specimen information logs Provide superior customer service to all patients Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Six months or more experience as a phlebotomist Current or prior Labcorp experience Job Standards Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency if no work experience Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Comfortable working with minimal supervision Reliable transportation and clean driving record if required Flexibility to work overtime as needed Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test Benefits Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(k), paid time off (PTO) or flexible time off (FTO), tuition reimbursement, and employee stock purchase plan.
