Job Description – Security Administration Analyst (ISM) The Security Administration Analyst is a key contributor in the Information Security Division, collaborating closely with global peers and supporting IAM/Security initiatives. The role is responsible for ensuring the Information Security Management organization is a trusted, valued, and differentiated entity, delivering high‑quality security products that meet or exceed client expectations. The analyst protects company and client data, enforces least‑privileged best practices, and maintains a strong security posture across multiple platforms and applications. Key Responsibilities Enhance and instill a strong security posture; protect company and client data. Adhere to least privileged best practices in provisioning of access. Understand the why, what, how, and impact of ISM activities being administered. Administer user systems and data entitlements across multiple platforms and applications. Execute provisioning and deprovisioning activities in real‑time, accurately, and within defined SLAs. Coordinate with local security coordinators and application data owners to ensure access to programs and applications is processed and verified accurately and meets defined SLAs. Provide coverage and support for user requests received via the ISM hotline. Identify process improvement initiatives and contribute proactively to new workflows. Ensure standard business processes are well defined and align with industry standards, best practices, and client needs. Maintain current procedures, policies, and RCSA controls that reflect controls and practices. Contribute to an environment focused on best‑in‑class security, controls, adherence to procedures, and challenging the status quo. Collaborate closely with counterparts to ensure a consistent security posture across the global organization. Present key findings, recommendations, initiatives, and progress to managers and team members in clear and concise communication forums. Qualifications Ability to contribute to a team environment. Strong interest in technology and information security, especially access and identity management. Knowledge of security administration technology and tools such as Active Directory, Service‑Now, RBAC, and least‑privileged access principles. Strong analytical and data mining skills. Creative and effective problem‑solving skills. Effective communication skills. Highly motivated with the ability to self‑manage; embraces ownership. Ability to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and escalating as needed.
