Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon | Houston Heights

$3MM Solo-Provider Practice • Guaranteed Income • Future Ownership Path

A busy, specialty-only Oral Surgery group with three locations is expanding and needs a strong OMFS to join their team in the Heights area of Houston.

This is not a slow-start associate role. The current solo provider is producing approximately $3MM. The practice is already high-volume, well-established, and looking for a surgeon who wants to stay busy from day one—with clear potential for future ownership.

Compensation & Structure

• Daily guarantee and/or net collections (minimum $400k/year)
• W-2 (3+ days/week) with full benefits: medical, dental, vision, retirement, and CE allowance
• 1099 option available for 1–2 days/week
• Signing and/or relocation bonus offered

Clinical Scope

You will need full IV sedation privileges and strong competency in:

• Implant placement
• Third molar extractions
• Bone grafting & sinus lifts
• Full scope of oral surgery procedures
• Board-certified or board-eligible required.
