Registered Behavior Technician Location: Omaha, Nebraska (68130 and 68136) Available Schedules: Center Based (Full-Time): Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Home Based (Part-Time): Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM Hybrid (Center & Home) (Part-Time): Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Work Setting: In-person. Center-based, Home-based ABA or Hybrid Services. Compensation & Perks Starting Pay: $24–$26 /hour (based on experience, education, and credentials). As an RBT at Accel Therapies, you’ll: Get in there and play – you’ll deliver 1:1 therapy sessions using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Track progress like a pro – you’ll collect data on every goal, every day. Who Are we looking for? You are at least 18 years old (required) You have a high school diploma or GED (required) You are available Monday through Friday for one of the following schedules: Center Based: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Home Based: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM Hybrid Services: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM An active, unexpired Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification , or you’re willing to obtain one within 30 days of hire. You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Provider Identifier (NPI) and complete a Nebraska Medicaid enrollment through Maximus before providing billable services. You have your own reliable transportation You’re reliable, communicative, and eager to learn You enjoy working with kids and may have experience in childcare, tutoring, or therapy (a plus!)
