About the Position Full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) – 36 hours per week, day shift schedule with potential overtime and shift variability. Offers full benefits and a $6,000 sign‑on bonus. The position is located at Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, California, a 122‑bed accredited facility. Responsibilities Provide excellence in patient care, including assessments, treatment, and care on assigned units. Manage pain, invasive lines, and surgical drains for patients throughout the continuum of care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and maintain comprehensive care based on patient and family needs. Practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal, and hospital policies. Model the hospital’s core values and mission statement. Completion of an accredited registered nursing program. BSN preferred. Current California RN license. BLS (AHA) certification. ACLS (AHA) certification. NIH Stroke Certification to be completed by end of the week of NEO.
