About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist Per Diem to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Per Diem Physical Therapist, you will work closely with our dedicated healthcare professionals to provide exceptional physical therapy services to our patients. Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services to patients in our skilled nursing facility, including evaluations, treatments, and consultations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Stay current with best practices and evidence-based research in physical therapy
