Front Desk Agent

As a Hotel Front Desk Agent at Hampton Inn Boston-Natick, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. You will assist with check-ins and check-outs, respond to guest inquiries, and help maintain a clean and inviting lobby environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately. Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns. Handle phone calls, reservations, and provide information about the hotel and local area. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk and lobby area. Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest satisfaction. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 1 year hotel/resort experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure. Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel software systems. Availability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays. Benefits Competitive hourly wage of $17.75-$17.75 paid bi-weekly.
