Position : Soldering Technician
Pay : $20.00
Shift :
Four 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday
Four 9-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday, plus 5 hours on Friday
Location : Hudsonville, MI
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Soldering Technician to start IMMEDIATELY at $20.00. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities- Hand solder wire-to-wire splices and wire-to-connector connections.
- Tin wires and terminals, including tin dipping.
- Follow customer drawings and work instructions.
- Inspect and correct solder joints for defects and damage.
- Maintain an organized work area and follow soldering safety procedures.
- Previous hand soldering experience required.
- Wire and connector soldering experience preferred.
- Ability to follow drawings and written instructions.
- IPC J-STD-001 or relevant IPC certification preferred.
- Steady hands and strong hand-eye coordination.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle small wires and components.
- Reliable, patient, and focused during detailed work.
- Experience with leaded and lead-free solder.
