Job Description

Manages and grows a very large and very complex portfolio of commercial loans. Prospects for and closes new business relationships and retains and expands relationships with existing customers. Sells appropriate bank products and services to those prospects and clients, identifying and successfully capitalizing on cross-sell opportunities and making appropriate referrals. Provides financial advice to customers. Approves loans within assigned limits, managing loan and portfolio credit quality.

Basic Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, accounting or other related field
• 10 or more years of commercial lending experience
• Three or more years of management experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Considerable knowledge and experience in managing and growing a large and complex portfolio of commercial loans
• Strong leadership and strategic management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills

FINRA License

As a condition of employment, you are required to hold or obtain the following licenses: SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 within 180 calendar days of your start date. Failure to obtain the listed license(s) by 180 calendar days after your start date may impact your continued eligibility for the position, up to and including separation of employment.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $152,370.00 - 186,230.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
