Qualifications COVID vaccination required, religious and medical exemptions accepted with completion of COVID exemption form signed by a provider. OR RN experience, 1:1 RN:OR ratio, minimum 2 years experience. First‑timers accepted. Weekend work required. Certifications required: BLS, ACLS. On‑call availability required. Can float within scope to meet facility needs (no). Local radius: NM license accepted; no locals within 100‑mile radius. Pending license accepted.
