Position Overview
We are actively recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible Hematology/Oncology physician to join our established practice. This full-time position offers an outstanding opportunity to practice comprehensive oncology with a focus on solid tumor oncology and immunotherapy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and a commitment to advancing cancer care through evidence-based medicine and innovative treatment approaches.
This position requires a physician who can seamlessly integrate into our collaborative healthcare environment while bringing fresh perspectives and expertise in modern oncology treatments. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our oncology services and mentoring clinical staff while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care
- Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with various hematologic malignancies and solid tumors
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and supportive care measures
- Manage complex cases involving solid tumor oncology, including but not limited to breast, lung, colorectal, genitourinary, and gastrointestinal cancers
- Administer and oversee immunotherapy treatments, including checkpoint inhibitors, CAR-T cell therapy, and other novel immunologic approaches
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, explaining diagnoses, treatment options, and prognoses with compassion and clarity
