Role Description This on-site Social Media Marketing Intern role is based in Miami, FL. You will support the marketing team in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms, as well as monitoring engagement and tracking performance. Daily tasks include assisting with content calendars, drafting copy and captions, selecting visuals, and helping execute social campaigns aligned with client goals. The intern will also conduct basic research on trends, competitors, and audience behavior, and contribute ideas during team brainstorms. This is an internship position designed to provide hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing within a collaborative agency environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Content Creation to support planning, posting, and optimizing content across platforms. Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and brand positioning. Familiarity with Canva & Capcut. Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members, present ideas clearly, and write engaging copy. Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and basic analytics tools is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL, manage multiple tasks, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
