Role Summary Clean Team is seeking a dependable Janitorial Cleaner to support commercial facilities in Grand Blanc, MI. This entry‑level, part‑time evening role exists to keep client spaces clean, sanitary, and ready for daily operations. Key Responsibilities Routine commercial cleaning of assigned areas; sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, and high‑touch points. Swiping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting. Removing trash and replacing liners; restocking soap, paper products, and other consumables. Following documented procedures and safety guidelines. Communicating supply needs or maintenance issues. Required Qualifications At least 18 years old. Reliable transportation to the job site. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail. Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift during the shift. Prior janitorial/ custodial experience is helpful, not required. Evening Rhythm Arrive for a steady second‑shift schedule, review the site plan for the evening, and set up your cart so you can move efficiently through professional spaces. The work is active and structured, with clear priorities and a predictable flow from area to area. Throughout the shift, you’ll focus on consistent quality, careful sanitation, and safe handling of equipment and products.
