Ford Racing is seeking a highly motivated Partnerships Specialist to support the growth and execution of its global sponsorship and partnership portfolio. Report to the Manager, Global Partnerships, this individual will play a critical role in identifying, developing, and supporting commercial opportunities across Ford Racing’s global motorsport programs, including Hypercar, IMSA, Off-Road, Experiences, and emerging initiatives.This role combines elements of business development, partnership strategy, account management, event planning, and commercial operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, commercially minded, creative, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.This role is hybrid and requires at least 4 days per week onsite in Allen Park, MI.You'll have...Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.3-5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnership management, sports marketing, agency services, or related commercial roles.Even better, you may have...Strong presentation development skills with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to management multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Willingness to travel and work weekends as required for events and race operations.As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice.
