Adena Health System is seeking a Pediatric Faculty Physician. This full-time, salaried role blends clinical practice with education: spend 40% of your time caring for patients and 60% leading resident training, curriculum development, and program administration. What you'll do Provide leadership for pediatric medical education and develop a robust, ACGME-aligned pediatrics curriculum. Deliver didactic lectures and hands-on teaching; supervise and evaluate residents in clinic. Maintain an active clinical practice (40% clinic time) in the Family Medicine Residency Clinic and model best pediatric practices. Serve on key program committees (Clinical Competency Committee, Program Evaluation Committee) to ensure accreditation and continuous improvement.
