Senior Sales Executive -AI Services & Digital Transformation

CEI AMERICA Location: Dallas, Texas (Local candidates required) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Base salary commensurate with experience + uncapped commission Overview CEI America is a Digital Tech and AI Transformation Consulting firm looking for a seasoned Solutions Sales Executive in the Dallas market. This is a true greenfield opportunity. You will be building and owning enterprise relationships from the ground up with no inbound lead support and no large SME team behind you. We need a self-starter who has done this before and thrives in that environment. This role is specifically for someone who has sold AI solutions, AI services, or digital transformation consulting at the enterprise level in the Dallas market. If you have spent your career relying on SDRs, inside sales teams, or a large corporate infrastructure to drive your pipeline, this is not the right fit. If you have built your own territory, hunted your own logos, and closed complex enterprise deals independently, we want to talk. What You Will Do Own and develop a greenfield enterprise territory in the Dallas market through proactive outbound prospecting and relationship development Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline of enterprise opportunities across AI services, digital transformation, and technology consulting Sell outcomes and consulting engagements to C-suite and senior IT leadership, not just products Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach through close and account expansion Partner with internal delivery and consulting teams to ensure client success and identify expansion opportunities Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and CRM activity What We Are Looking For 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in AI solutions, AI services, or digital transformation consulting Proven ability to build and own a greenfield territory independently without SDR or inside sales support Experience selling into enterprise clients in the Dallas market with existing relationships and market knowledge Track record of self-generated pipeline and outbound-driven revenue growth Consultative, outcome-driven sales approach with experience closing complex multi-stakeholder deals Strong C-suite communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Must be based in Dallas, Texas What Will Set You Apart Experience selling AI consulting services or managed AI solutions rather than pure SaaS products Existing enterprise relationships in the Dallas market across healthcare, financial services, or enterprise technology Comfort operating in a smaller, entrepreneurial environment where you are building the playbook, not following one Why Join CEI America Uncapped commission tied directly to your performance Greenfield territory with real earning potential for the right person A firm at the center of the AI transformation conversation with a growing client base Collaborative team environment with senior leadership access Clear path for growth as the Dallas market expands #J-18808-Ljbffr CEI
