Now Hiring: Client Liaison
We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Client Liaison to serve as the main point of contact between our clients and our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships and ensuring clients have a smooth, positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for client questions and updates
- Assist clients throughout the service process
- Communicate client needs to the appropriate team members
- Maintain clear and professional communication at all times
- Help resolve basic issues and ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and stay on top of client requests
- Positive and professional attitude
- No experience required — training provided
