Compensation:$19 - $24 hourly - Overtime available
Responsibilities:- Calculate the cost estimate of all project tasks and accurately manage the project budget
- Oversee the work of all general contractors and their laborers and guide as necessary to ensure high-quality work
- Establish organizational processes for tools, equipment, and vehicles and arrange for maintenance as needed
- Work with general contractors, critical subcontractors, and external vendors to negotiate profitable contracts
- Responsible for meeting the crew every morning
- Set up the job properly
- Relay the job work order to the crew
- Get materials throughout the day as needed
- Provide EXCELLENT customer service throughout the ENTIRE process
- PMP certification is a plus
- College degree (Bachelor’s) in construction management, engineering, or another relevant field
- OSHA 30 certification
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in construction management
- Superb leadership capability, organizational skills, time-management abilities, and communication skills

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a bonus
- Experience using construction or project management software preferred
