Women's Style Consultant — Commission-Based Sales

Summary Commission Sales Associate responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in the Women's Ready To Wear department. This role focuses on building client relationships, providing personalized styling, and meeting individual commission-based targets. The associate represents the store through product knowledge, merchandising, and attentive clienteling. Responsibilities Provide personalized styling and sales assistance to customers on the sales floor. Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up and clienteling activities. Achieve and exceed individual commission-based sales targets. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product is well presented on the sales floor. Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges according to store procedures. Requirements Previous retail sales experience, preferably in women's apparel. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to work on a commission-based compensation plan. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks typical of retail sales.
