Salary Range: $58,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and test CNC programs for lathes using CAM software and G-code.
• Optimize toolpaths, cutting parameters, and machining sequences to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle times.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to interpret engineering drawings and specifications for manufacturability.
• Perform simulations and troubleshoot programs to identify and resolve potential issues before machining.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, holders, and workholding devices for various materials and part geometries.
• Create and maintain detailed setup sheets, tool lists, and operational instructions for CNC operators.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance programming processes and machining techniques.
