Responsibilities

• Administer cath lab travel nursing duties across assigned facilities.

• Provide high-quality patient care while meeting unit targets and metrics.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and physicians.

• Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records.

• Adhere to travel nurse compliance, credentialing, and onboarding timelines.

• Coordinate travel logistics, housing, and shift assignments for assignments.

• Continuously pursue professional development and obtain relevant certifications.

• Demonstrate initiative in identifying process improvements and best practices.

• Build and maintain a robust personal pipeline for upcoming assignments.

• Provide mentorship and share knowledge with traveling teammates.

• Maintain physical stamina and adaptability to fast-paced travel schedules.

Experience/Qualifications

• RN license with active state cath lab or critical care certification

• Travel nurse experience in cath lab or peri-procedural care minimum 2 years

• Proficient documentation in electronic medical records and charting

• Strong knowledge of cath lab protocols, sterile technique, and safety standards

• Compliance with credentialing, onboarding timelines, and regulatory standards

• Ability to coordinate travel logistics, housing, and shift assignments

• Excellent communication with physicians, nurses, and cross-functional teams

• Demonstrated time management and ability to meet unit targets and metrics

• Physical stamina for fast-paced travel schedules and extended shifts

• Continuous professional development and active pursuit of relevant certifications
