Job Description

• Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' needs and design personalized therapeutic strategies to help them meet their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and daily activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive and holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers therapeutic methods to support continued advancement at home
• Track and Adapt Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and fine-tune treatment as needed to keep patients on a successful path

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Encouragement and support for continuing education and post-graduate certifications

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification needed
