Work Environment\nThis role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in balancing work and personal life. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing telehealth services to our clients. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, employing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to individual needs. \n

- Provide ongoing mental health support, including risk assessments, crisis intervention, and necessary referrals to other healthcare services. \n
- Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with state regulations and clinic policies, ensuring that all client records are up to date and accurately reflect the therapeutic process. \n
- Engage in regular supervision meetings and team discussions to share insights, seek guidance, and enhance therapeutic practices collaboratively. \n
The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Understanding and sensitivity to the unique needs of each client is crucial, as you will be helping them navigate their mental health journeys with compassion and professionalism.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling. \n
- Current and active licensure in Washington State as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC. \n
- Proven ability to conduct assessments and implement effective treatment plans for varied client needs. \n
- Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of empathy and authenticity in client interactions. \n
- Comfort and proficiency with teletherapy platforms and technology, ensuring efficient and effective sessions. \n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
