How you'll make an impact in this role

• Assure accurate medication selection, dosing, and administration to uphold the highest standards of patient safety.
• Proactively assess medication orders and recommend formulary alternatives to resolve potential drug-related problems.
• Lead the precise compounding and dispensing of medications while supervising technical staff to ensure operational excellence.
• Provide medication education and counseling to patients and clinical teams to facilitate informed care decisions.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinicians to ensure seamless and effective patient care.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Licensed Pharmacist credentialed from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy required.

Education:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• Minimum of 2 years of recent retail experience.
