Description

American Traveler is hiring a Telemetry RN for a night shift acute care position requiring 3+ years of experience and the ability to interpret cardiac strips.

Details

• Acute care unit housing ICU, Telemetry, and Med/Surg patients
• Float between Telemetry and Med/Surg required, staying within scope of ability
• May float to ICU if the nurse has relevant experience
• Patient ratio of 1:4
• Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts
• Every other weekend required
• Uses TruBridge - Evident EMR

Requirements

• Active RN license (Ohio or Compact) currently in hand
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
• Must be able to read and interpret telemetry strips

Additional Information

• One shift of floor-specific orientation provided
• Scrub color required: royal blue
• Holiday coverage not typically required for travelers but may vary based on scheduling needs
