Monitor fetal heart rates and assess labor progress. Assist in the delivery of infants and provide initial care. Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families about the labor and delivery process. Ensure a safe and supportive environment for mothers and newborns. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to protocols. Stay updated on best practices and evidence-based care in labor and delivery. Participate in continuing education and professional development.
