Job Details Assignment Type: Travel ICU RN / Critical Care Registered Nurse Location: Albany, NY 12208 Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts Contract Length: 13 weeks Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130 - $2,250 Start Date: 08/14/2026 End Date: 11/09/2026 Setting: ICU / Critical Care Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license At least 1 year of ICU or critical care nursing experience required Previous travel nursing experience required Epic EMR experience required Comfort working in high-acuity critical care and acute care settings Experience in a Level I trauma center preferred Ability to adapt to floating across ICU areas as needed Willingness to complete a competency assessment within 24 hours of submission Navy blue scrubs required Responsibilities Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to ICU patients Care for patients in neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CCU, progressive critical care, and related units Support ICU and critical care patients in the ED and PACU while awaiting bed placement Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated patient care Respond quickly to changing patient needs in a fast-paced hospital environment Float to other ICU settings as needed based on unit needs Maintain professional standards, attention to detail, and strong clinical judgment Apply now to join a collaborative healthcare team in Albany, NY and take the next step in your travel nursing career.
