Tax Accountant

Looking for a public accounting firm where your work will actually be seen? I am representing a well established independent CPA firm in Addison TX that is looking for a Tax Accountant with around five years of public accounting experience. This opportunity suits someone who wants more responsibility, better access to experienced professionals, and broader exposure than they may get in a larger or more layered firm. You will work directly with senior staff and Partners who remain closely involved in both the clients and the work. Your contribution will be visible, your questions will be answered, and you will have the opportunity to earn greater responsibility as you build trust. The work includes individual and business tax engagements across Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S. You will also gain exposure to more complex assignments, tax planning, advisory work, and client relationships as your experience develops. The firm is looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and wants to build a long term career in public accounting. CPA, EA, or progress toward either qualification would be welcomed, but is not essential. You do not need to match every requirement perfectly. Attitude, judgement, potential, and long term fit can be just as important as matching every point on paper.
