Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude. Confident, self‑starter who works well independently. A Property & Casualty license is preferred but we will train good individuals. Cold call and perform other lead generation activities. Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Communicate with our hot leads. Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed. Understand prospect's needs and identify sales opportunities. Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers. Explain and demonstrate the benefits of our services. Stay informed about competing products and services.
