Our classes are designed for teachers to co-lead. Lesson planning and classroom responsibilities are shared between co-teachers. This allows for better consistency in the implementation of the curriculum as well as a supportive, collaborative environment for our staff. Teachers are encouraged to use their experience, education, and creativity to create a hands‑on play‑based curriculum for their students. Duties of Lead Teachers include: Meeting the individual needs of the children Lesson Planning Communication with parents Participation in staff and training meetings Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning.
