Lake Management Company based in Katy, Texas servicing the surrounding Houston area is hiring Field Service Technicians. As a technician you will work with a Field Supervisor performing lake maintenance and fishery related services for residential lake communities in the Houston area.

As an entry level Field Technician, you will be trained on the job to conduct a variety of lake management services on lakes for lake communities. These services include treating aquatic vegetation in lakes, waterfall repair, and lake fountain installation and repair.

No weekend work. Only required to work Monday through Friday each week.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and pull at least 60 lbs.
• Ability to work outside and be exposed to inclement weather.
• Good physical condition and able to walk lengthy distances, stoop and bend.

Soft Skills:

• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Must have a solid work ethic, a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff.
• Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug test.

Work Experience for Field Technician:

Not required. Training on the job provided. Past work experience in outside field work and maintenance work a plus. Past work experience is considered in job pay. Advancement opportunities available such as advanced supervisor training for field supervisor positions.
