Data Analyst — IMCOM Real Property Asset Management

FUTURE OPPORTUNITYHybrid Position Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in supporting HQ IMCOM with real property asset management. This role leads data standardization, reconciliation, and visualization across Army real property and real estate systems, and establishes the metrics that evidence data accuracy to Government leadership.• Define and implement standard asset data formats. Reconcile data across Army real property and real estate systems.• Populate and support inventory metric dashboards.• Conduct quarterly reconciliations to identify data errors and omissions.• Establish and track Key Performance Indicators for real property data accuracy and report results quarterly to leadership.• Recommend improvements based on KPI trends and root cause analysis.Minimum Qualifications5+ years of professional experience performing data analytics for financial and asset management functions, including a minimum of 4 years of direct experience supporting IMCOM.Education: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.Clearance: No security clearance required; all work is performed at the Unclassified level.
