Pay Range: $45 - $52/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of technical data analysts to migrate our data from existing systems to Salesforce CDP.
Coordinate meetings where data conversations are taking place.
Lead the team through complex designs and decisions.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

10 years of program management in an IT organization
Technical aptitude and systems knowledge (12 years)
Data movement and system integration (5 years)
Salesforce CDP, Snow-flake Cloud, Data architecture
